Red Clover camp, children ages 5-8 years old.
Registration, activities, and details for the summer day camp at our Mountain Road location.

The Red Clover camp room
Red Clover Camp is a summer day camp at our Mountain Road location. It is for children ages 5-8 years old. Campers bike, hike, swim, play games, and make arts and crafts.
Biking asks children to steer, brake, and hold a line. Hiking asks them to keep going when the trail climbs. Swimming asks them to trust the water and follow the rules around it.
Children gain hours outdoors with the same group. They learn a summer rhythm that is older than a classroom and simpler than a screen. For more about the week, ask the school office.

What this looks like in practice
Two staff watch a group of children ages 5-8 at the Mountain Road location. The morning might be a hike or a bike ride. After lunch, the group swims, plays games, or works on crafts. Parents can expect wet towels and muddy shoes at pickup, and a child who is tired in the good way.
Days like these build stamina. A child who bikes a trail learns to brake and steer; a child who hikes learns to keep going. Campers make things with their hands and play games with other children. At supper, your child may talk about the trail instead of a screen.
